About web site

This web site is dedicated to subnational flags of Serbia. The aim is the collection of relevant data and promotion of correct usage of local coat of arms and flags. Particularly, it is focused on flags (banners of arms), because of their arbitrary usage by local authorities, as well as by citizens. Site is also an attempt of encouragement for organization and systematization of Serbian local heraldry and vexilllogy.
