Raška uses non-heraldic emblem in coloured and non-coloured version.
Quote from Article 7 in municipal statute about flag:
Municipal flag is blue with municipal emblem printed in white positioned in the center of the cloth.
Ratio of the flag is not mentioned.
Elements displayed on emblem of Raška are: cyrillic inscription Raška, mountain (Kopaonik), bridge, church dome (perhaps representing dome of Gradac monastery), cogwheel, crossed hammers and river (Ibar).
